How to Gain Access

FAMweb: Family Portal

FAMweb provides students with the ability to designate trusted individuals, such as parents and family members, to have secure online access to view selected educational information from the student’s record. When discussing money matters with your student, it may be important to have access to this portal – which includes billing information, options for payment, and financial aid information.

Granting FAMweb Access

Your student must begin the process by granting you access to FAMweb through their RAMweb account.  See the directions below for assistance.

  • Login to RAMweb and select the “Change My Access to My Records (FAMweb)” option under the “Records” heading.
  • On the page that opens, complete the “Add Someone to Your FAMweb Access List” section.
  • Enter an email address for the person being granted FAMweb access.
  • Select the “Add” button.
  • Select the “Continue” button.
  • Select the “Edit Permissions” button.
  • Click the checkbox next to each of the information categories they wish to grant you access to.
    There will be one set of checkboxes for each individual the student has added to their FAMweb Access List.
