Returning Students

If your student was previously enrolled at CSU and is planning to return, we would like to welcome you back!

As you and your student work through the reapplication process, there are lots of considerations for what a return to CSU will look like. Make sure you and your student are familiarizing yourselves with the requirements for what is needed for a return to campus. You can find more information from the Admissions office by clicking the button below.

Changing Your Major

If your student is looking to return residentially and is curious about changing their major track, you can find available majors and concentrations through the Office of Admissions.

CSU Online

CSU Online is also a fantastic option for students who might be looking to return under a different method. More information on those available majors can be found here:

Involvement and Wellness

Another element of returning to campus after a previous enrollment can also involve how your student sets goals for finding community and involvement at campus. Research shows that students who are involved often feel better connected to campus while also finding friends!

Whether it is getting involved in Fraternity and Sorority Life, finding a club of like-minded students, volunteering, or getting involved in student government, the Do Something Initiative is here to help connect your student to growth, belonging, and community!

Mental Health & Wellness

Mental Health and Wellness is another consideration because there is a direct correlation between physical and mental health and wellness and academic success. Students who feel better are students who can also holistically root themselves in their journey at CSU. The CSU Health Network offers many services to all fee-paying students, regardless of health insurance. More information can be found by clicking the button below.

Student Diversity Programs

If your student holds one or more historically marginalized identities, check out our Student Diversity Programs and Resources page by clicking the button below. These offices serve our student populations who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color), LGBTQIA+, and/or students with Disabilities, alongside offering gender-based resources. We also have tips on how you and your student can engage with these offices!
