Parents, families and student support networks,
Parent and Family Programs (PFP) would like to wholeheartedly thank you all for participating in our (Stay)Homecoming and Family weekend events. PFP hopes that you and your family got a chance to participate in some of the (virtual) ceremonies like lighting the “A” or watching some of the Alumni Association’s videos on the traditions surrounding Homecoming and Family Weekend.
We would appreciate your feedback on this year’s virtual engagement events. The following survey will allow us to improve our programs in the coming months to best support you. The survey should take 3-5 minutes to complete. Please access the survey here: https://baseline.campuslabs.com/csu/homecomingfamilyweekend2020survey
We are saddened that those of us at PFP have not gotten a chance to interact with you in person this semester for this weekend-long event. We would like to highlight some of the ways that we are grateful for how we still reached across distances and made (Stay)Homecoming and Family Weekend our own this year.
We would like to announce our Facebook HCFW Photo Contest winners! We loved all of our submissions and getting a chance to see how many of you celebrated or pulled from memories from the last year. Our winners are Julie Getchell, Christy Brown and the Brown Family, and Walter, Renee, and Sam Tang. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did! Those photos are highlighted below.
“ENJOYING a CSU STAY Homecoming From The ATL – Atlanta GA. COVID STYLE! Missing our daughter Caitlin in person BUT SHARING the CSU SPIRIT!!!!! GO RAMS! Love to ALL, from the Browns.”
Walter and Renee Tang, their son Sam is a 3rd year biomedical and mechanical engineering student from Littleton, CO
Julie Getchell and Family – Keeping a good sense of humor from home for (Stay)Homecoming and Family Weekend!
Congratulations to our winners, and thank you so much to those of you who submitted your photos! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to see how everyone celebrated Homecoming and Family Weekend. We also appreciate all of you who tuned in to John Henderson and Bailey Harr’s video posts for (Stay)Homecoming and Family Weekend.
Again, we look forward to seeing you all when it is safer for all of us. Until then, take care and be well.
